# Fixed Price

A fixed price pricing model works similar to a currency exchange or money changer. There is a clear exchange rate defined for each trading pair. Just like a money changer might set the exchange rate between currencies, project teams can set the buy and sell price of certain trading pairs at a predefined rate.
