Business Source License

The Native V1 source code is protected under a Business Source License (BSL), which strictly prohibits its use for any commercial or production purposes until December 31st, 2026. Until this date, any attempt to use, deploy or replicate this code in a commercial setting will be in direct violation of this license.

After the stipulated period, the license will transition to an Open Source License, allowing the code to be forked and utilized, but with the crucial stipulation that it must remain open source. This means that while the code will eventually be free to use, any derivative work must also be kept open and accessible to the public, ensuring that the spirit of open-source collaboration is maintained and preventing any proprietary exploitation.
